Some things to know about returning your online purchase:
- If you receive an item you are dissatisfied with, you may return it within 90* days to any Lowe’s store or ship it back with the prepaid return shipping label that is included with most parcel shipments. We’ll be happy to exchange your item(s) for something new or refund your money, within our current Returns and Refunds Policy guidelines.
- Please report items that are damaged or missing within three days of delivery.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
