Cancellation of subscription is easy: you have to press the “Unsubscribe me” button at bottom of the “Billing” page (accessible from main menu). Upon initiating the cancellation process you should receive an email as receipt. You should receive the email immediately (or worst case scenario within 24 hours). If you do not receive any email then you should contact us at email@example.com immediately and we will cancel your membership.
The email acts as official confirmation that we have received your instruction to cancel your membership.
