  1. my 7 day trial I paid for still had 3 hour’s left on it when I was told that I could not view any messages that I had in my inbox I want the three hour’s that you owe to me….I have tried to find a number that I could call to talk to someone about this but you have removed all numbers to your rip-off web-site….I have told my bank not to pay for my membership renew until I get the remainder of the time that you owe to me!!!!

    Was honoured and my payment refunded

  5. You guys are a scam, unfornatuely this does not work in Australia.
    You guys deducted $ 247.17 and $49.41 on the 23/12/2016 and now state that I am not a full member>
    So where did the money go? A phantom member?
    I need some answers soon and now or I am going to Australian Consumer Affairs.
    Most of the females I met on this web site had the same sad story to tell.

  8. For the second year running you have taken money out of my account illegaly. After the money was taken out last year I was told that the company didn’t provide a service in my country so why take the money out in the first place. To me that is fraud.

  9. Upgraded for 1 month special for R15 next month they debit R550 out my account with out my consent. most of the profiles are fake too a waist of money there are much better website on the internet.
