Since you mentioned that it is not the same MFA you are answering when accessing your account through the bank’s website, I suggest that you try to use other browser and clear cache and cookies to see if there’s any difference. And, if you have set up more than one security question or MFA, please wait for approximately 15-30 minutes and then refresh your account again. Each time you initiate a refresh, a new security question/MFA should be presented (stored or not).
