How do I cancel my Prezi.com subscription?
If Prezi hasn’t worked out for you, you can cancel your license at any time. Canceling will stop your recurring payment. This means that when your current subscription comes to an end, we will consider your license as expired. Once your license expires you will see a pop-up message that reads, “Your license has expired.”
After your license has expired, the prezis you’ve created will remain in your account according to how the privacy status was set. However, you will no longer be able to edit them or create new prezis.
Canceling your subscription
- Go to Settings & Account.
- Select the “Subscription” tab found on the left side of the page.
- Click Cancel Subscription. You’ll see a pop-up window.
- Enter your password to confirm you want to cancel your subscription.
- Then select Cancel Subscription.
To edit an existing prezi on an expired account, you will need to either renew or downgrade your account to a Public license. You will then be able to edit your prezis again, but you will not be able to keep your prezis private.
Note: If you cancel your license, your Prezi account details will still state that you have an Enjoy, Pro, or Edu Pro license after it has expired. This is because this was the license that you originally had.
If you choose to cancel your license, we would appreciate it if you would take the time to tell us why Prezi hasn’t worked out for you and what we could do to make Prezi better. If you have any feedback or suggestions, then please visit our community page.
