How do I cancel my EliteSingles subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time, provided you do so within the required notice period, in a number of ways:

1) Via your account:

Log into your ELITESINGLES account with your registration email address and password.

Click on the cogwheel at the top of the screen (“My Account”) and then click on “My membership” on the left. Towards the bottom of the screen you will find a section which says “Information about my membership”. Click on the “here” where you see the sentence “For more information on how to cancel your Premium membership, please click here”

Please make sure you complete all the steps so that the cancellation is successful.

click on the “here” to cancel your subscription.

Please note: it is not possible to cancel your subscription on the mobile site! Please use the main website.

2) Via our webform:

Please click on the following link to cancel your subscription: Cancellation Webform

Please make sure you complete all the steps so that the cancellation is successful.

Note for basic (free) members: the Cancellation Webform only applies to the cancellation of a Premium subscription. It will not delete your account!

    1. Same happened to me…and they refuse to refund money for a service I don’t want….if you find a way of getting a refund please post it…it’s daylight robbery!

  2. je cancelle mon abonnement a elitesingle parce que vous me faites payer les 6 mois à l’avance et que votre annonce stipulait que l’on payait un montant par mois. je veux la copie de la cancellation le plus tôt possible soit la semaine prochaine soit le 17 janvier 2017, je ne
    trouve pas cela drole du tout. J’ ai appelé Visa pour les avertir de ma cancellation.

    J’attends une réponse d’ici quelques jours
