How do I cancel my Ancestry.com subscription?
1. Log in to your Ancestry account.
2. Click your username and select My Account.
Click on your username in the top-right corner of the website. Then click on Your Account from the drop-down list.
3. Click the Cancel subscription link.
Click the Cancel subscription link, located on the right-hand side of the page in the Subscription Options section.
Note: If you do not see a Cancel subscription link, the account you are signed in to does not have an active subscription.
4. Confirm your account.
Enter your password and click the orange CONTINUE button.
5. Tell us why you’re canceling.
Please tell us why you’re canceling by choosing an option from the drop-down list. You can choose to leave a comment; however this is not required.
6. Click CONTINUE.
After you have entered your reason, click the orange CONTINUE button.
7. Click NO THANKS, CONFIRM CANCELATION.
Note: You can also change your subscription by selecting the corresponding option and clicking the green CHANGE SUBSCRIPTION button.
