How do I cancel a Best Buy Marketplace order?
If you placed an order less than 20 minutes ago, you can contact Customer Service at 1-888-BEST BUY (1-888-237-8289) and a Customer Service Associate may be able to help you.
Once your order has been sent to the Seller, you will need to contact the Seller directly to see if you can cancel your order.
If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to contact the Seller directly for information on how to return your item(s).
Contacting the Seller:
- Seller Customer Service contact information can be found through the Seller Directoryor by clicking on the Seller’s name on the order in My Account.
- If you receive your item and it is damaged, defective, or materially different, you must contact the Seller within fourteen (14) days of receipt to request return information.
