How do I add or change my Virgin Mobile USA credit card information?
From your device:
- Tap on the Custom Icon from your device homescreen
- Tap on the Payment Options tile from the Virgin Mobile Custom homescreen
- Enter in your Virgin Mobile Custom password, and tap “OK”
- Make sure you are on the Credit/Debit Cards tab
- Tap the Add button to add a new Credit/Debit card. If you already have a card on file, tap on the Credit/Debit card to update or remove the card.
And don’t worry, your card information is not saved on your device, and is encrypted within our payment processor.
From the web:
- Log into your Custom Web My Account by going to https://custom.virginmobileusa.com
- Click on Account in the top menu bar
- Click on Manage Cards in the side menu bar
- Click on Add Card to add a new Credit/Debit card. If you already have a card on file, click on the Edit button to edit the card information, or the Delete button to delete the card
