Cancel a Spark Product or Service
Use our Cancel My Spark Service Request Form to easily cancel or disconnect your Spark product or service. We will call you (within 24 – 48 hours) to finalise your request.
Note: An early disconnection fee may apply when canceling a product or service in contract (you will be advised of this before canceling).

Once disconnected, can I get my old number back again?
As long as the number hasn’t been connected to another customer, you can keep your number using a service called Customerlink.
